Individuals currently working in participating schools as paraprofessionals or in other non-teaching roles and others who are looking to start a career in elementary and secondary education
Additional:
Work full-time (30 hours per week) in a school district, often as a paraprofessional. Take 8-week classes online or at your local community college that fit with your schedule
